Roger Pardo, as a volunteer, has been elected FIPA President for more than 8 years. His main action is to organize fund risings to support the IS Program and the five bilingual public schools. He has built a strong network of parents, supporters, companies, and political officials providing FIPA financial grants, supports, and donations dedicated to the schools and their teachers.
